CHAPTER 16

“Gosh, where do I find the kitchen,” Aquila thought and began walking down the stairs.

After searching for a while she finally found the kitchen, she marvelled at the sight, “wow, this is cool!” Aquila gasped as she moved around the kitchen freely.

“What do I eat now?” She thought as she looked around the kitchen.

ERIEL’S ROOM

“What’s that aroma?” Eriel thought as he suddenly began feeling hungry as the sweet aroma wafted into his nose.

He sighed as the hurtful look on Aquila’s face haunted him. “Why do I feel bad for speaking to her that way?” After all she offended me by making me kneeling in front of my parents, something I have never done before,” he thought with a frown on his face as he walked out of his room to the Kitchen.

He got to the kitchen and stood by the doorpost staring at Aquila’s back view as she moved around flexibly.

“Never knew she was this curvy,” Eriel thought, putting on a bum short and a big shirt, he was so angry earlier that he didn’t notice what she was wearing.

Aquila noticed his presence and slowly turned to face him, Eriel stared at her facial expression and then he noticed her eyes and left cheek were swollen.

“I…..I….am,” Aquila was not able to finish her sentence when Eriel began walking towards her.

Aquila flinched and began taking slow strides backwards, her back hit the wall and she froze in fear.

“What’s your name?” Eriel asked, caging her to the wall as he observed her face.

“My name is Aquila……….. Aquila Curtis,” Aquila muttered with her head bowed.

“Hmm, so you had the nerves to enter my kitchen without my permission, huh?” Eriel asked and Aquila gulped nervously.

“I……I…..I am sorry sir, I promise…..,” Aquila was cut short by Eriel’s hands on her lips.
