CHAPTER 13
“Now kneel down and apologise to them before I redesign your already ugly face into something more hideous,” Aquila said with a dark look on her face, Eriel quickly fell on his knees.
“Dad, mum, I am sorry, please pardon my irritating manners,” Eriel pleaded, Mr and Mrs Chester exchanged glances in surprise while Aquila just stared at him blankly.
“Propose to her now,” Mrs Chester said strictly with a non-smiling face.
Eriel stared at Aquila and slowly he went on one knee in front of her with a deep frown on his face.
“Take,” Eriel muttered, still frowning.
“Was that how you proposed to your so-called girlfriend?!” Mrs Chester snapped angrily.
Eriel flinched, his mother was really mad at him, he knew what she could do when she was angry, Eriel exhaled softly.
“Will you marry me?” He asked, deep down he prayed she would say no but luck was not on his side.
“Yes, I will marry you,” Aquila muttered with an emotionless look on her face, Eriel sighed as he slipped the ring on her fingers.
“Hug her, honey, quick take them pictures as they hug,” Mrs Chester said and Eriel hesitated for a while before hugging her.
“Wow, her body is so soft,” he thought and Aquila broke the hug. Mrs Chester walked towards them and hugged Aquila before kssing her forehead affectionately.
“I love you mum,” she whispered.
“I love you too daughter,” Mrs Chester said with a fulfilled smile on her face. Eriel stood rooted on a spot as he glared at Aquila.
“Why can’t Adelina be this close to mum?” He thought.
“Son, I and your mum will be going on a vacation for three months, I think you can take care of yourself and your new wife, we will be leaving after your wedding,” Mr Chester said and patted his back.
