SAFE IN HIS ARMS : CHAPTERS 31 – 40
LEXUS’S ROOM
I just finished taking my bath and am currently drying my hair with a towel.
My life feels like a dream… too good to me true.
I smiled as I stared at my reflection in the mirror.
“kpor kpor”
I heard a sounds on the glass door to the balcony- my favourite spot.
I ignored it, it may be a bird but I was proved wrong as the knock came again.
I frowned as I expected nobody but nevertheless, I made my way to the curtain covering the transparent slide door.
I opened it and I felt my soul leave my body.
My heartbeat palpitates as the person who I recognized as mine waved to call me back.
I opened the slide and he entered, scanning around.
“what are you doing here” I whispered and he brought his palm to caress my face, staring at me dotingly.
“I missed you and I couldn’t wait to kss you again” he brought his face to my height and his lips met mine.
I pulled out abruptly,
“we’ll be dead if we get caught” I whispered
“just one kiss please” he brought his face closer and kssed me and this time I couldn’t resist.
That was how a kss led to the end of a mating section.
I just can’t believe I’m sharing Arizona’s dad but in a different way.
I am lying naked on his chest and roaming my fingers on his ta.ttooed chest.
It happened so fast but I still enjoyed it. It was fun trying to hold back my moans so my parents won’t be disturbed.
“why did you draw so many tattoos that there’s no visible skin anymore” I said.
“Every tats is a story of my life, there’s still space on my left chest and I am waiting to write the perfect thing there” he said and I noticed it.
“who is this face” I pointed to an unrecognizable feminine structured face on his stomach.
“That’s my mum.. she’s was the best in my life. My father has always hated me for being rebellious, when I got some girl pregnant was when he bursted.. he sent me out and almost disowned me.
It’s a long story tho but my mum bought me a house and took care of me secretly before dying of depression after my dad died in a plane crash”
He sighed and I was speechless at his story.
“I always loved freedom and the Streets but had no choice but to take over my father’s business”
“You’ve gone through a lot” I said after I found my voice.
“I must admit that, lest I forget, I came here for a reason baby girl” he said and I smiled at the endearment
“Now I know what will always put a smile on your face .. baby girl” he said again and I blushed
“it’s the way you call it, it sounds so good with you saying it” I hugged him.
