“How dare that nincompoop???
Who is he??
How many years has he spent in this ministry??
I am more anointed and talented than he,I have the power of utterance and can make miracles happen with a flip of hand”..
What can that id!ot do??
Pastor Gbade ranted on and on..
He was visibly covered in sweat,he was seated on his bed,while his wife stood in front of him.
They were both unhappy with the turn out of Church service.
Pastor Gbade had stormed out of the church in anger after the announcement and ordainment of Bro John,now turned Pastor John.
He couldn’t hide his anger and was continually ranting of the fact that he had been cheated in the House of God.

Bro John was quietly sitted on his couch, in the house newly allocated to him.
He had been offered a car,and a new house,to complement his position as the Head Pastor of the Olive Dial Ministries.
In the Hierarchical order of the church,the General Overseer was first,followed by the Assistant General Overseer,then the Head Pastor.
The General Overseer was the Founder,and Spiritual Father of the Olive Dial Ministries World wide,and His assistant had a job of representing the G.O in his absence at any given occasion or event.
The Head Pastor is the Pastor in Charge of the Church nation-wide.
Every country where the Olive Dial Ministries is situated has a head Pastor.

All branches of the Olive Dial Ministries in Nigeria are under the management of the Head Pastor.
The Predecessor to Bro John had been Pastor Akande,who had been called to Glory a month before.
Pastor Akande had an assistant who’s name was Pastor Gbade.
Pastor Gbade had been made the acting Head Pastor, following the demise of Pastor Akande and so,was of the opinion that he would be the next Head Pastor.
Bro John had been ordained a Pastor but somehow was too poor to be considered a branch Pastor,so he was retained in the Headquarters to be a Sunday school teacher.
Bro John had taken all in good faith,and never thought God would consider him for an awesome and amazing promotion.

After the Ordaining of Pastor John,a lot of the Church members remained aloof,but eventually got swept off their feet, following his ministration.
The Holy Ghost had descended heavily,to the point of them weeping profusely.
They had encountered God in a new dimension and eventually loosened up after the service.
Everyone trooped out to congratulate Pastor John,who in turn received all with smiles.
However,not every teeth shining at him in a congratulatory grin meant well for him.
