Chris on the other hand didn’t stop trying her line, but Ivy would not pick up.. And when he saw she wasn’t picking up, he decided to drop a message for her.
If really she’s avoiding his calls, she’s definitely gonna see that text, and that message is definitely gonna push her here.
The test was almost over, and Chris kept praying in his heart that she should arrive here on time.
He really wanted her to take this test, maybe this would help Ivy trust him, and maybe also cement their friendship.
Some students were busy writing, while some where busy gnashing their teeth, and looking around helplessly.And in all this, Ivy wasn’t still here yet.
Chris could not help but worry about Ivy. Is something wrong with her, is she okay?
“She could be in some kind of trouble, who knows” he thought within, and was feeling very tensed at this particular thought.
Canice noticed all this strange body language Chris was showcasing. And he was about asking him what the problem was, when suddenly the door pushed open and Ivy walked in. Ohhhhh
And immediately Ivy stepped into the class……..
“Pens up!” The teacher shouted.
And Chris’s shoulder which was high in relief immediately he saw Ivy, slumped down.
Oh no, this is not happening!

“Miss Ivy crownway, so you’re in school today” Mr John asked immediately he saw Ivy, and all eyes turned to her.
“Good day sir” she greeted curiously, ignoring his question.
Her heart was beating faster than normal, she didn’t want to believe what she just heard. Coz immediately she entered the class, she heard pens up! This shouldn’t be real at all.
“Good day to you too miss Ivy, I want to believe that it is not my test you came for” he said in a sarcastic tone, and Ivy could not even find her voice to reply.
“So great! Everyone submit your sheets” he said and turned to the students, when he saw that Ivy could not utter a word.
Ivy turned and looked at Chris with watery eyes, It was obvious she was about crying. And when Chris eyes met hers, he felt bad, his face held pity for her.
Canice was watching this exercise all along. At first he wondered why Ivy would show up in the class like 30 minutes after he made mockery of her not being in class, he wondered where she came out from.
But after he saw the glances which they exchanged, it all made sense to him…..
Why Chris suddenly became tensed immediately he mentioned Ivy’s name, instantly he became busy with his phone. And not for long after, Ivy suddenly arrived out of the blue.
The look they exchanged said it all, Chris had something to do with Ivy being here. And he’s surely gonna report this particular act to the the group.
Ivy looked around, and then knew she needed to beg the teacher, coz if she keeps quiet about this she is surely gonna fail this course.
Oh how she wished it was Mr Fred, he would have understood her, that man is her best teacher.
But now she doesn’t even know if this man would understand her, but she still had to try anyway, there’s no harm in trying.
“Sir please, I am here for the test” she suddenly said, as students were submitting their sheets.
