“I think she’s still scared of them” Courtney muttered
“She has not been going there for sometime now, I thought they had left her alone”
“I thought so too, but what happened here today clearly shows that they’ve not” Courtney replied and Leo sighed tiredly.
“Let me just go after her, someone needs to be there with her” Leo said getting on his feet.
“Alright, please do” Courtney said and Leo nodded, and quickly walked away.
Madison was confused from the whole scenario.
What were they even talking about. “Left her alone” Left who alone?
Does Ivy have some sort of connection with the C4’s?
This doesn’t really sound like a question, coz it was answered already. Obviously, Ivy had something to do with them….
But what could it be? She really wanted to know, or could it be that they’re hiding it from her. Why did Ivy not mention it to her, even when she talked about them? Something is wrong somewhere.
Something is fishy about the whole thing, and she really wants to know. But she would not know unless she asks.
But who would she ask? This Courtney girl is the only one available now, and they don’t even talk to each other, so how would she ask her.
But after much contemplation, she decided to ask. She was so desperate to know what was going on, so she don’t mind asking her.
She knew Courtney doesn’t like her, but who cares? It was just today, and it was just the two of them here. She’s gonna ask her, at least she can’t slap her.
She just have to pray this witch opens up.
“Hi Courtney” Madison said sweetly, turning to Courtney.
“Hey” Courtney answered carelessly, as her mind was just focused on Ivy.
She wondered what Leo would say to her, or what they would be doing there all alone, where were they even going?
“Uhmmm Courtney, do you mind if I ask you a question?” Madi asked politely, and Courtney quickly turned to her. She studied her for sometime before speaking.
“Alright, go on” she shrugged, after the long stare.
That wasn’t a problem, Madi expected it anyway. She just overlooked it, and decided to ask her question.
“What connection does Ivy have with the C4’s?” She asked, and Courtney quickly snapped at her.
“Huh, I don’t understand?” Courtney muttered looking at her like a zombie.
“No I mean, does Ivy have any connection with the C4’s?” She questioned again, and really calmly this time. Coz she could not understand the type of stare Courtney was giving her.
“And why are you asking me that?” Courtney huffed.
“I don’t know coz she’s your friend and………
“Is she not also your friend?” Courtney asked cutting her short, and Madi exhaled deeply, and then forced a smile.
