Agadagba bleed , the earth was covered with blood , Ogar bled , he was put in the back of a relative’s car , Ogwuche too had been put into the vehicle, the men had not spared him . Ene joined her husband and son in the vehicle to General Hospital Otukpo.
The rioters picked the four men who were hit by Ejembi’s bullets and placed them in the bucket of a Hilux truck, and rushed to a nearby private hospital , the Hilux bucket was soaked with human blood, it trickled down the edge of the truck .
Before the men would regroup for a reprisal the police were invited , they entered the area and shot sporadically into the air to scare the daring group.
Ejembi was running through the bushes , he knew he would be a wanted man , he didn’t want to go to prison , he knew the man he shot multiple times in the stomach would hardly survive ,staying back in Agadagba was suicide mission, he tripped over heaps , as he ran through bush .
The youths entered the bush looking for him , for three days , they couldn’t find him , he had planned to escape to Ogun State and joined his friend who was a farmer there , he would stay there as long as it would take to forget his crime .

He found his way to Otukpo the third day , he was in a vehicle that would take him to Makurdi , he tied a bandana around his face to conceal himself .He was saying prayers to God for the driver to move the vehicle,as he hide his face .
Just then he saw a police van stopped near the garage , though the men where not wearing police uniforms , but the five of them dressed in jeans and T-shirt with a black bullet proof vest untop of their shirts . They were talking to a man who pointed to the vehicle Ejembi was .
“Shift madam!” Ejembi said as he tried to jump out of the back sit , the fat woman was finding it very hard to move out of the way , Ejembi climbed over her and jumped out of the car , he knew the men were there for him , he began to run .
“Stop there Ejembi, raise your hands up! if you move we’ll shoot!” A police man screamed, the five men trained their riffles muzzles at him , Ejembi knew they were not kidding , and they would shoot him without hesitating, if he took another step. So he froze where he was and raised his hands up .
A police man rushed to him ,and tackled him to the ground .
“Where is your gun!” He kept searching Ejembi .”Where is it ?” He yelled , he kicked Ejembi in the head .

“Look at it here! Look at it here please don’t shoot o.” He cried , the police man grabbed the revolver , a hand cuff was placed on his hand and he was moved into their truck , the police men didn’t care about the mammoth crowd that had formed around them to know what was happening, they drove with Ejembi at top speed , raising dirt clouds in the air .
“Terdue what has that girl given to you to eat ? How can I your mother be calling you for hours and you would ignore my calls ?” Doowuse raved as her son sat in front of her arm placed on his cheek ,as she silently watched her .
“Mummy I can swear on my life that Dooshima has never had anything to do with Amos ,that fool is a liar mum , coincidentally he had been trying very hard for four months to get in between Dooshima’s leg , she turned him down. they even had a confrontation this morning, she called me …” He tried to prevail on his mother .
“Never you’ll never marry that girl , she’s loose , how did her naked pictures get into his phone ?” She asked, Mimidoo was urging her brother to speak up .
“Mummy I’ve told you I made her send me those pictures , I begged her for them , she initially rejected my pleas , but when I wouldn’t stop begging she had to oblige .

“What responsible girl would sit down to snap her naked body and send to somebody? So did you also snap and sent to her Mr public defender?” She mocked Terdue .
“Mummy I would have , I wanted to , but she … Dooshima has no interest in seeing my naked pictures , Amos searched my phone and got those pictures , I cannot show you , or else you would have seen them now .” He said .
“The Reverend must hear about this Terdue , if your father was to be alive, he would have been ashamed of you . What kind of life is that ? You snapping naked pictures and send to a girl ?” She cried .
“What kind of children are we raising in the church today ? You were born in a bible believing Pentecostal church,How can you descend so low , you were even sleeping with her I guess ?”She asked Terdue couldn’t say a word .
“So all the I have so much work , I’ll sleep at Gboko with my friend so I can work late and finish the work load , was all lies ?” she hollered throwing her arms in the air in frustration.
“You are never going to Marry that girl , You’ll go back to Iyua and ask her to marry you !” Mrs Doowuse said to her son’s face .
