The tall creature laughed at Ogwuche’s terror , suddenly the beast , disappeared from the side window , and appeared far ahead in the middle of the highway.

Ogwuche swerved vehicle to dodge the creature , black mist fell upon the windscreen of the vehicle , he couldn’t see ahead , the car ran into the opposite lane , a car knocked the blue BMW by the right fender.
Ogwuche lost control of the new car , the tyres screeched on the tarred road as he stepped on the break , the vehicle veered off into ,the blue car somersaulted severally in the air.
Ogwuche was flung out of the window ,he wasn’t wearing his sit belt , the tree ended up landing on a tree , it sheer force pulled the tree to the ground , vehicles had stopped on the road , people ran into the bush to help the victims of the accident .
Ajuma was first found , she had not gotten much injuries, because of the seat belt ,she began to look for Ogwuche.
“Ogwuche! Ogwuche!” She called searching around , the people thought Ogwuche had been crushed under the overturned vehicle. “Madam please you need to go to the hospital you’re bleeding.” The good Samaritans begged Dr Ajuma .

“No I’m not going anywhere , I need to find my friend .” She cried , they searched around the bush ,Ogwuche had fallen into a gully ,the top covered by weeds and shrubs .
“You were warned , but you failed to listen oh poor Ogwuche.” The beast said , it’s eyes were bright red , with big nose like a dragon’s, the teeth were over two inches long , around the tall creature was death , Ogwuche watched helplessly as blood sipped from his injured face, he couldn’t move his body , he smiled .
“You’re smiling your minute of death is at hand .”The sinister apparition crackled . “We would see who laugh last , your father made covenant with Akunuku , that your soul shall be ours , if you ever touched the lady , I see your future ahead I laugh at your stupidity, nobody will find you in this dark hole , I wait for you to take your last breath.” It said .
Ogwuche continued laughing . “You….. think I fear…death…?”chuckled as he choked on his blood , that had filled up his long .”I will die happy that I touched her…” Ogwuche eyes went blank.
Dooshima was lying on her bed crying . “Dooshima I told you , that boy didn’t love you , I don’t know what he saw , just go ahead and marry Terfa.” Seember said , she was terrified that he had come to disrupt the wedding , Seember was shocked that Dooshima had spoken to back at her .

“Seember let her be . She’s already having a bad evening , don’t make it worst .” professor Gamadi said .
Seember left Dooshima. “Honey please have some sleep , tomorrow is a big day for you.” The professor said , he turned off the light in Dooshima’s room , covered her with a blanket , and turned on the air conditioner in her room.
He went downstairs and was with Seember when his phone began to ring , he saw his accountant’s number .
“Hello Sir .” Mr Agada said .
“How are you brother Agada .” He said .
“Sir am not Good oh , am not Good sir , my nephew had come to see your daughter and his child to inform them of his journey to the US tomorrow sir.
Sir Ogwuche was involved in an accident oh … Sir my nephew was involved in an accident.” Mr Agada said crying on the phone .

“Jesus Christ, my daughter told me he left here this evening . You’re in which hospital now ?” The pastor asked .”We’re in the general Hospital sir .” Mr Agada said .
“How is his health now ?” The pastor asked . “Sir not good sir , He’s still unconscious at the moment .” He said ,crying .
“What is it Honey ?” Seember asked her husband . “Ogwuche was involved in a fatal accident , he’s in the hospital unconscious.” The pastor said to his wife . “Please brother Agada be strong , I’ll be in the hospital in ten minutes time .” Professor Gamadi said .
“Okay sir , thank you sir .”Mr Agada said before hanging up the phone. “Please Paul don’t let Dooshima know , if she does the wedding tomorrow will not hold .” Seember begged her husband. He nodded and went upstairs to change from his Pajamas into a Jean and short sleeve polo shirt , a DSS officer escorted him to the hospital .
