CHAPTER 71
MASON
I stared at Avery as she smiled at me.
“I love you Mason , I’ve been keeping my feelings for you inside for too long .
“I want to spend the rest of my life making you happy ”
I saw so many emotions that her eyes were holding.
A tear slipped from my eyes.
She moved closer as she held my face with her soft small hands.
“I hate seeing you cry ,the first time you cried because of me broke my heart and you’re crying now is shedding it into pieces ”
I quickly cleaned my eyes with my hand but thr tears just kept rushing.
She used her thumb to clean my tears away softly as she gave me the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen under the sky.
“I love you so much that you make me happier than I ever thought possible”
I stared at Avery as she poured her feelings out for me.
“I’ve been trying to find the right words to tell you how I feel and I’ve finally realized that there are no words that can fully express my love for you”
More tears were falling as I listened to her confession.
“You are my first love and when I love It’s really hard to let go . I want to spend the rest of my life with you Mason just as you want too”
That last part made my heart break.
She kept smiling as she continued.
“I know we’ve only been together for a short time, but I can’t help the way I feel. I love you so much that I can’t imagine my life without you “.
“There are only two things I want in this world ”
“I want you and I want us”
Hearing that I felt my heart stop beating for 0.5 second.
I stared deeply into her eyes.
“Does she really love me this much?” I questioned myself.
“And the funny thing is that all the love song I sing everyday and those that are on my phone were about you”
Then she moved closer than our lips were almost touching.
“Mason I love you more than you even love you”
“No I don’t, I love you more than you can ever imagine Avery ”
“Just promise me one thing Mason”
“Anything thing you say I’ll do it without thinking ”
“Promise me that you’ll never leave me or betray our love”
Hearing that I swallowed hard as I stared at her.
I don’t think I can fulfill that promise but she looked so happy and I didn’t want to spoil this moment.
So I just gave her a small smile before nodding my head.
Immediately she received my reply she placed her lips gently on mine.
My hands went round her waist as I pulled her closer.
I kssed her as if this is the last time I’m going to see her or be close to her.
We pulled away when we were both out of breath.
I smiled at her as we hugged each other .
“I love you Avery always know that” with that I kissed her hair as I started to brush her hair softly.
We stay like that for a while before we headed home
