Avery Nelson
I pushed Tyler away and then I saw Mason standing there and my eyes went wide.
But I didn’t get to say a word as he ran away.
I decided to run after him but Tyler held me .
“Please don’t go Avery”.
I pushed him away but he pulled me into a hug.
“I love you Avery, and I won’t let anyone take you away from me”.
“I don’t care if you don’t feel the same way for me but I’m not letting you go”
I used all my strength and pushed him away.
“You did this on purpose” I yelled.
“Yes I did, and I don’t regret it”.
“He has a girlfriend and he’ll never feel the same way for you. I know you like Avery and I’m not going to allow that because you are mine, you belong to me alone “.
I felt my bI.ood boil as I raised my hand and sI.apped Tyler hard on the face.
This is the first time I’m ever sI.apping him.
“You disgust me, you’re a psycho “.
With that I ran looking for Mason , I don’t know why but I started to cry.
The way he froze when he saw Tyler kssing me.
I needed to explain things to him and apologize.
I saw him smoking and quickly rushed to him.
“Mason,” I said, touching him.
“Get away from me” he screamed.
And I saw how his eyes were red.
Did he cry or was it because of the ¢igarette?
“Mason it’s not what you think”
“There’s nothing to explain, you love him and I get that . Just stay away from me”.
“I don’t love him , I don’t love Tyler. He’s the one that kssed me”. I said as I was crying right now.
“Do I look like I care? Why are you even explaining to me, it’s not like you owe me any explanation ”
He walked away but I held him.
“Mason!!!” This time I screamed.
“What!!, What did you want Avery, you were the one that said I should stay away from you, isn’t that what you wanted “.
Every word he said was shattering my heart bit by bit
“I only said that because I was angry Mason”.
“Then why did you kss him Avery, why”
“I didn’t kss him Mason, believe me”.
“You know what I don’t care if you did or not it’s not like it’s my business anyway”.
I just hugged him as I started to cry harder.
“I swear , I didn’t kss Mason”.
He didn’t say anything and there was silence only my sob that could be heard.
Then he pulled me away creating a distance between us.
“Still doesn’t change that he kssed you”.
“But I didn’t kss him Mason, why does that even bother you”.
“Leave me alone and it doesn’t bother me. Because I don’t give a —
I didn’t let him finish as I quickly closed the gap between us as I kssed him.
