CHAPTER 30
Avery Nelson
After the rain stop Tyler walked me to my room and I couldn’t be more happy.
I was sitting in my room alone and I kind of missed Hannah.
I picked up my phone and I almost dialed her number but I put it back.
I remembered what I said to Mason and I kind of felt bad but I quickly brushed it off.
I went inside and took a warm bath before putting on my pajamas.
I made my way to the cafeteria as I took my dinner before sitting down
🗣️ The A4 aren’t here?
🗣️ I want to see their handsome faces.
🗣️ Isn’t that the bch over there.
I ignored what they were saying and messaged Tyler if he was coming for dinner but he had something to do.
I guess I’m the only one left.
I looked up and the A4 seats were empty and Hannah isn’t here either.
I was about to call her when Oliver, Roy and Westley walked in.
I didn’t see Mason there with them .
It looked like they were searching for someone but then their eyes landed on me
The three of them started making their way to me and I tried as much as possible to focus on my food.
“You’re Avery , right?” Roy said, looking pissed.
I just nodded my head and focused back on my food.
“If your here to beg me to forgive mason I think—
I wasn’t able to finish my statement when Oliver throw my plate of pasta making it pour all over the floor.
🗣️ What was that all about?
🗣️ This is the first time i’m seeing Oliver angry.
I looked at Oliver with so much shock on my face.
“Look here Avery or whatever your name is. I don’t give a fk who you are but let me tell you one thing. If anything happens to Mason I swear on my life I’ll make you pay for it”. Oliver yelled.
“What did I do ,you have no right to come to me and talk to me this way” I shouted too.
I was about to leave when Roy grabbed my hand pushing me to sit back.
“I don’t know what you said to mason that made him stay in the rain for 2 hours. Now he’s unconscious, not responding to any treatment given to him”.
My eyes grew wide as I heard what you just said.
“If Mason doesn’t wake up in the next 48 hours I swear you are going to prison for almost klling a billionaire son and I will make sure his father increases the years of your stay there” Oliver said before walking off then Roy followed leaving Westley.
Westley came and stood in front of me
“Are you even human at all?”
I was cut off guard by that question.
“I thought you were different from other girls I’ve met but you are even worse than them”.
“I know what Mason did was wrong, not stopping Arianna from saying all that trash she said to you. But he realized his mistake and begged you for forgiveness “.
” The last time I saw him was him telling me he has to talk to you and the next thing was me finding him unconscious in the rain for 2 hours”.
“I don’t know what you must have said to him for him to just be in the rain. You’re heartless Avery ”
“If anything happens to Mason, I don’t think I’ll forgive you. I just realized something you’re beautiful on the outside but awful on the inside”.
“I expected more from you, not this less. If his parents hear about this and get to know you’re the reason, just pray you should be out of this country because they’ll make your life a living h’ll”.
“Just to make you remember, because mason has been begging you and kneeling in front of everyone with you embarrassing him.
Don’t forget he’s not an ordinary person. Don’t forget it’s Mason Freeman that we are talking about “.
“Just pray that he wakes up within 2 days because if he doesn’t I can’t grantee what will happen to you because Oliver isn’t the one to get angry easily.
But once he says something he’ll definitely do it the only one that can stop him is Mason ”
“You’re really awful ” with that he walked away
I didn’t know when tears started to fall from my eyes.
I can’t believe it because mason is unconscious. Did my words really hurt him?
I thought saying that would make him stay away from him but it made things worse.
🗣️ She’s really awful
🗣️ Can’t believe mason is in that position because of her
🗣️ This is the person that mason knelt down just to get her forgiveness.
“Hey you”
I looked up and some group of girls were standing in front of me.
I decided to just walk away but I got a sI.ap on my face.
“When we’re talking you don’t walk out until we’re done”.
“Get me the ketchup,” the girl said.
They began to pour it from my head .
“You’re such a bch”
“That’s for what you did to mason”
“She deserves worst ”
They were about to vaat me up when someone pushed them away.
I looked up and saw Tyler.
He grabbed my hands and took me to a nearby tap as I washed my face.
Tears began to flow from my eyes. If only I had just accepted his apology all this wouldn’t have happened.
I knew I was hurt but he was sorry and now he’s unconscious because of me.
“What’s the matter Avery?” Tyler said.
I began to tell him everything.
“It’s not your fault in fact he deserves it”
“What” I said shocked by Tyler’s words.
“It’s not your fault at all,if he had just left you alone you wouldn’t have said all those words to him ”
“Forget about what Oliver said i will get you a lawyer okay ”
“We can’t win those are billionaire sons”
“Will figure that later but it’s not your fault but his. He’s the cause of what’s happening to you”.
Yes, I’m not the one that is at fault for Mason. Tyler is right, if he had left me alone none of this would have not happened.
He brought this upon himself.
Why I’m I even crying?.
I cleaned my eyes immediately.
“You’re right Tyler, none of this it’s my fault”
“The Avery I know is back”
“Thank you Tyler, you’re such a good friend”.
“Now it’s time for payback for what those girls did to you”.
“Yes, let’s go. They have no right to do that to me”.
I and Tyler made our way back to the cafeteria to get my revenge.
