Chapter 31
“I am sorry for every bad thing I have done to you, please forgive me, I beg you with the name of God, please forgive me, please say something,” Eriel said crying and Aquila was also crying.
“I…..I…..I don’t…..know what……to say to you,” Aquila muttered in a teary voice.
“Tell me anything,” Eriel pleaded and Aquila pushed him away.
“I hate you, I hate you so much Eriel,” Aquila said and rushed out of the room crying.
Eriel sobbed loudly sitting on the bare floor, he felt betrayed, wasted and stupid.
For good five years he dated Adelina, he never for once doubted her love for him but now he noticed he was just been fooled.

LATER IN THE DAY
Aquila just finished preparing dinner, she placed everything on a tray and was taking it to Eriel when Eriel came out of know where and bumped into her making the contents and Aquila came crashing on the floor.
Before Aquila could fall down Eriel quickly caught her by holding her waist.
They both stared directly into each others eyes, it felt like time stopped moving.
Aquila was the first to break the eye contact and then she pushed Eriel. “How dare you touch me like that,” Aquila asked angrily.
“I am sorry, I do not mean to bump into you, I…..,” Eriel tried to explain further but Aquila cut him short.
“Save your explanation to yourself,” Aquila muttered as she walked away.
Eriel groaned angrily and began punching the wall angrily until his knuckles began bI.eeding
“Why do I keep ruining things, huh?” He asked angrily as he stared at the broken plate that messed up the floor before walking to their room angrily.
He took exhaled and inhaled softly before going in, he met Aquila sitting in front of her dressing table, combing her shiny long black hair absentmindedly.
