Lexus took the bus to school instead of waiting for Arizona.
“heyy enough of these lovey-dovey act, it’s sickening” Lexus said to Phoenix and Gianna who haven’t stopped smooching ever since they saw them selves.
“It’s so tempting that I’m tired of being single!” she giggled but stopped when she heard a familiar person clear his throat. Ocean and her exchanged glances.
A familiar car screeched in roughly
_ What’s up with Arizona?
_ Her vibe is totally down today.
_ Is it me or..
_ she’s not putting on make up today, weird!!
Everyone were passing her questioning gazes but she was too sad to care.
The atmosphere around her was so deadly that no one dares to play a trick around her.
She walked to the caucus of her friends, they were all silent, no one knew when to interject.
“what? Never seen a girl without make up?” She yelled and everyone turned even more silent.
“why’re y’all..”
“babe what’s up?” Lexus wounded her arms around Arizona’s neck and took her away.
She led her to the chemistry lab where no one was and sat her on the table.
“Lexus…” Arizona was on the brim of keeping her tears.
“what happened?”
“He cheated on me! I can’t believe I wasted my time on that son of a gun..” Arizona said and Lexus sighed.
“why aren’t you surprised?” Arizona paused.
“To be honest, I knew he was cheating all along” Lexus said.
“you say what? this is impossible” Arizona got down from the table and prepared to walk out but Lexus held her back.
“I knew you’re going to lose it if I tell you” she exhaled.
“Lexus..” Arizona cried out and yearned for her embrace. Lexus obliged and wrapped her arms around her.
“I’ll tell you something, we both cheated but the one I cheated on Nick with is gone and that’s what hurts” Arizona sniffed her snots back in.
“Now I’m surprised, Nahh you’re playing games with me right?” She raised Ariz head up and cupped her cheeks.
“No! he travelled abroad before we broke up!” She burst into tears.
“This is so much to take in”
“Yes, and that’s why I’m putting the blame on you and Nick, don’t talk to me until after school ends, get out” She freed herself from Lexus’s hands.
“but..”
“OUT!!” She yelled.
