CHAPTER 49
Moanna felt her heart beating so fast just by sitting closer to him, she turned and found him looking some where else.
She started admiring his face, his cute nose, his brows and mostly his lips.
She found herself staring so hard
“Are you hungry?” He suddenly asked and turned to her, she quickly looked away.
“Why did you ask?” She said.
“Cos I know one plate of garnished noodles won’t be enough for you” He said.
“Are you mocking me now?”.
“Mocking, I’m just saying the truth” He chuckled.
” I’m not hungry” She said with a scoff.
” You know you’re lying, speak up someone might help you glutton” He said and she pushed him into the pool.
” Anna” He yelled and she started laughing at him.
” Suit you right” She said and tried moving away but he grabbed her leg and pvshed into the pool with him.
She fell on his chest in the process and the water splashed on her, making her hair sticky immediately.
She looked up and saw his eyes on her, she swallowed hard and started staring back at him.
Jeremy moved his hand up and arranged the hair sticking to her face, he moved it to her back.
She kept staring at him with her heart thumping so fast.
His eyes fell on her lips and he started loosing his sanity immediately.
” Anna” He called in a different voice and Moanna almost melted, the angelic voice did different things to her.
She was about replying when he said the unexpected.
“Can I kss you?” He asked slowly.

“Can I kss you?” He asked again more slower this time.
Moanna eyes widened and her heartbeat increased, she bashed her lashes as she stared at his serious face.
She gulped down nervously, first time she will be nervous in front of any guy.
Jeremy scanned her face as he waited for her reply, what really came over him to say that what was he couldn’t explain but he knew within he wanted to kss her lip so badly again.
Moanna stared into his eyes and flutter of butterflies filled her belly.
“Are…you serious?” She asked nervously, stuttering in the process.
“You’re nervous?” He asked.
“I’m not nervous jerk” She rolled eyes while still maintaining the eyes contact with him.
Jeremy raised his hand up and touched her shoulder, a sharp tingling sensation rushed down her spine and she almost mo..aned out.
“You’re ¢razy but you are beautiful” He said and pulled her into a hug.
Her body became reacting, she was not the only feeling that way, Jeremy was also feeling that same way.
Strangely she felt save in his arms… Jeremy felt like hugging her all night cos the feeling was so overwhelming.
They remained in that position for some lengthy minutes before they disengaged.
“Fk you I got drench” He said and she pushed his chest.
“You started it, fk you too” She said and they laughed.
“Let’s go and change” He said and they left the pool together.
