CHAPTER 64
THREE DAYS LATER |Morning|
“Baby, are you sure you would be ok on your own?” Eriel asked for the umpteenth time and Aquila groaned.
“I told you I will be fine, Tonia will be going with me, so no qualms,” Aquila muttered and Eriel sighed.
“OK fine, be safe, call me when you get there OK? I love you,” Eriel said and kssed her forehead affectionately.
Aquila smiled and bade him good bye, Eriel sighed before walking out of the mansion.
“I don’t feel good about her going with Tonia but since she insist, I have no option than to let her be,” Eriel thought and entered his red sports car.
The gate automatically opened on it’s own and then the chauffeur drove out of the compound to the company.
After Eriel left, Aquila sighed as she began feeling weird. “Tonia?” Aquila called and Tonia rushed in immediately.
“Yes ma’am, you called me,” Tonia said innocently.
“Yeah, I called you, it is time to go to the hospital, I told you yesterday, right?” Aquila asked staring at Tonia calmly.
“Right ma’am,” Tonia said smiling and Aquila nodded before carrying her bag.
“Let’s go,” Aquila muttered and walked out of the room, Tonia smirked and followed her.
“Sorry dear, too bad you and that baby will be dead before night fall and then my mission will be completed,” Tonia thought as she walked behind Aquila who was lost in thought.
“I will drive my self,” Aquila said to the chauffeur before collecting the keys from him.
“But ma’am……,” the chauffeur wanted to say something but Aquila halted him with her hands.
“Hop in,” Aquila said to Tonia who was moping at the red Ferrari jealously.
“Too bad this is gonna be your last day on earth,” she thought and entered the back seat of the car, the gate opened on it’s own and Aquila drove out, they both were quiet for the first 10 minutes until Aquila broke the silence.
“Do you have a family?” Aquila waked her eyes focused on the wheel.
“Oh me? Yeah I have a family,” Tonia said, as they were still discussing, Tonia stylishly brought out her phone and typed a message.
“THREE BENDS TO THE HOSPITAL,” she typed and stylishly kept her phone.
Aquila was about to take the last bend to the hospital when a heavily tinted car blocked their way.
“Huh? What is wrong?” Aquila asked no one in particular and tried to reverse but Tonia stopped her.
“Don’t bother trying to escape because today is your ordained death day,” Tonia said with a deathly glare on her face.
“Huh? Tonia? How can you do this to me?” Aquila asked as tears gently trailed down her cheeks, she never knew her enemies were one step ahead of her in their plans.
Tonia opened the door and got down from the car, two masked guys came out from the heavily tinted car and walked to Aquila who already came out of the car in fear.
The two masked guys began dragging her to their car roughly, they pushed her into their car and drove away hastily.
After driving for a long time, the car stopped in front of a dilapidated building. The building look like what will collapse anytime soon.
Aquila was dragged into the building roughly, her hands and legs were chained like she was a prisoner, her mouth was gagged heavily and she was made to seat on the cold floor roughly.
“Boss, we’ve gotten the lady,” one of the masked guys whispered, he was on a call with their so-called boss, Aquila gave them all a deathly glare before looking away.
“I wonder who their useless boss is,” Aquila thought frowning. After waiting for awhile a figure walked into the room with a masked face.
