CHAPTER 24
“Oh my God, is she dead?” Eriel asked no one in particular as he suddenly felt frightened.
“Robert! Prepare the car now!” Eriel yelled as he heaped Aquila into his arms running down the stairs.
Robert quickly rushed to do as he was told. Adelina peeped at them through her window and bursted into laughter good for her.
“I wish she dies,” Adelina whispered as she stared at Eriel who was yelling at Robert angrily.
Adelina smiled in relief as her mind flashed back to the previous day(night)
FLASHBACK
“Baby, you need to stay with your wife for a while, so as it wouldn’t look like I took all your attention,” Adelina said caressing Eriel’s body sensually.
“No, I want to stay with you babe,” Eriel whispered as he kissed her hair.
“Do you love me?” Adelina asked pouting her lips and Eriel sighed.
“Babe, you know I love you a lot,” Eriel whispered staring at Adelina
“Then go to her, I don’t want her to be lonely,” Adelina whispered.
“You mean I should go to her?” Eriel asked to be sure and Adelina nodded. “But babe why? I don’t even love her,” Eriel muttered.
“I know but just go but before you go drink this milk,” Aquila said as she gave Eriel a glass of milk which he accepted and drank it all at once.
“Fine, I will go,” Eriel muttered and Adelina nodded he pecked her forehead affectionately and left the room.
BACK TO THE PRESENT(End of flashback)
Adelina dropped a drug into the cup of milk. It is a drug that stimulates anger and make one really angry and irritated at every slightest provocation.
Adelina smirked, “I did that to make her hate him, I don’t want her to snatch Eriel from me.
I love him a lot,” Adelina thought before leaving the window going back to where she was arranging her clothes into her luggage.
