CHAPTER 4
Mrs Cara squatted beside her and whispered “be a good girl, OK?” Mrs Cara asked and kssed her forehead before walking away.
Aquila frowned as the elderly couple were both staring at her and whispering happily.
The woman cleared her throat and began “I am Mrs Alice Chester and the man sitting beside me is my husband, she smiled and turned to her husband who was on his phone, “honey introduce yourself, Mrs Chester said with a frown as she noticed his attention was on his phone.
“I am sorry Darling, ” he said and kssed her forehead. “I am Mr Romanus Chester and the woman sitting beside me is my lovely wife, to be sincere my dear princess, we are so delighted to meet you,” Mr Romanus said, smiling excitedly and Aquila frowned.
“Do you both know me before?” She asked.
“No,” the couple replied in unison, “but we fell in love with your character, your behaviour and your beauty,” Mrs Chester said smiling.
“Oh…..OK, so what do you want from me?” Aquila asked, staring at them suspiciously.
The couple stared at each other communicating with their eyes.
Finally, the woman glanced at Aquila with the Corner of her eyes and held her hands on the table, “Aquila, I don’t want you to feel offended about what I am about to say to you, please promise me won’t be offended,” Mrs Chester said.
“Hmm, “it depends on what you are about to say,” Aquila muttered, but I am ready to listen,” she added”.
“OK,” Mrs Chester muttered and glanced at her husband, she faced Aquila and cleared her throat, “we are the parents of Eriel Chester,” Mrs Alice said slowly, as she observed Aquila’s facial reaction.
