CHAPTER 99
MARGARET’S MANSION**
Jeremy car halted in the mansion, and he stepped out with Moanna.
Moanna toured her eyes around the beautiful mansion and faced Jeremy.
“Wow!!!, your family is definitely very rich” She said.
He smiled.
“Yes, Moanna Wealth” He said and she gasped, whilst looking at him.
“What did you mean by that?” She asked.
“You will know very soon, let’s go in mum will be waiting for us” He said and took her hand, he started marching forward with her, but Moanna mind was still thinking about the name he called her, is he planning to make her his bride, she couldn’t help it but feel so happy if only it will come to pass, she looked up and gazed at his cute side face.
“I’m blessed to have you” She whispered as smiled again.
Margaret was setting the dinning table when she heard the entrance door opened, she smiled knowing her son and Moanna just enter.
“They are here” She said and took her way to the living room.
Margaret smiled widely when she got there and saw them in the living room.
“Child” She called and rushed to Moanna, she hugged her so tight, almost suffocating her.
Moanna smiled and hugged her back, simpering.
“Mum”.
“Call me that again” Margaret said, smiling sweetly.
“Mum” Moanna called in a melodious voice this time.
Margaret broke the hug and held her face in her palms, she began blessing her face with pecks.
Jeremy was only smiling whilst watching the lovely and warm welcome his mum was showering on Moanna.
“I’m so elated to see your face, how is the little child there doing?” Margaret asked and looked at her tummy.
“She is fine mum” Moanna replied and Jeremy frowned.
“It’s a boy” He protested.
“No it’s a girl” Moanna defended.
And like that…. they started arguing.
Margaret began laughing, watching the drama in front of her, they were so cute that she couldn’t ask for more, this was what she wanted, only if they will finally fall in love, her wish will be granted.
“Hey stop arguing” Margaret said and they looked at her.
“Jeremy” Margaret stated and hugged him.
“Mum” He smiled and hugged her back before pulling away.
“You’re growing more younger mum” He said and she beamed.
“Really?” Margaret replied and turned around flaunting her hair, putting her hands on her waist dramatically.
Moanna chuckled.
“Yes mum” He said whilst laughing.
“Awww, I’m blushing, wait Moanna have you succeeded in winning him?” Margaret asked and winked.
Moanna looked at Jeremy and he smiled before pulling her to his side.
Moanna gasped but her eyes widened when he kssed her right in front of Margaret.
“Yay!!!” Margaret shouted joyously, while clapping her hands.
Jeremy broke the kss and looked at his mum.
“She is my girlfriend now mum and I love her so much” He said slowly.
Margaret felt the sort of joy she hasn’t ever felt in her life, entering her body system.
Her eyes darted and focused on Moanna, who was slightly feeling shy.
This has always been her prayer since Jeremy became a man and today her wish is granted.
Her stubborn son is finally in love, he finally believe in love, he is no more a Casanova.
Moanna was like the most precious, delicate, beautiful thing in her eyes now.
Margaret started looking at her with eyes filled of love, passion and affection.
Just like a slow mo’, she cupped Moanna rosy cheeks and placed a beautiful kss on her forehead.
She returned her look back to her face.
Moanna smiled back, staring at her.
“Thank you for redeeming my son, thank you for changing him, thank you for everything, for the unborn child, today my prayers have been answered, my son is finally in love and not just with anyone, with a quality, gorgeous lady like you” Margaret said, feeling do emotional.
“You don’t need to thank me mum, I’m blessed to have him, I never knew love was this sweet till I met him, we started as enemies but that’s in the past now” Moanna said and hugged her face to her chest.
“I love your son more than I love myself” Moanna said.
Jeremy took out his phone and started snapping them.
“Cute, daughter and mother in-law lovely moment” He said as they started breaking the hug.
“When are you two getting married?”.
“Mum, we just started dating?” He whimpered.
“Then what, what matters most is that both of you loves each other so much” Margaret said.
“Very soon” Moanna said and looked at Jeremy.
“The both of you, give me a hug” Margaret said and widen her arms.
