Jeremy heard approaching footsteps and he turned, his eyes rolled in his socket as he stared at the beauty coming downstairs.
His mouth open on it own as he couldn’t look away.
He kept staring till she reached downstairs.
She was dressed in a backless gown with not too high heels with a red purse in her hand.
“How do I look?” She asked.
“You look…” He said.
” What,, do I look bad in it?” She asked.
“You look good, I lack words to express your beauty my lady” He said and bowed.
“Stop it” She said and giggled.
“Let’s go” He said and she nodded as they walked out.
He entered the car with her and he drove out.
His car stopped and he came out with Moanna.
Immediately attention went to them.

👥 But he has no record of a girlfriend

The comment angered Moanna and she almost walked to the girl who said that but Jeremy held her back.
“Don’t mind them please” He smiled at her.
She looked away.
He held her hand and they started walking in.

“Won’t they stop talking” She scoffed.
“I’m too handsome, it’s not their fault” He said proudly.
“Whatever” She said.
“Jeremy” Someone suddenly called him and he looked back to see a pretty girl running towards him.
“Cynthia” He called and she jumped on him.
He smiled and hugged her back.
“When did you get back?” He asked as he dropped her.
“Yesterday, you are invited too?” She said happily.
“Yes, you are looking more beautiful” He said and Cynthia smiled.
“You’re looking more handsome” She said clinging to him.
Moanna felt anger boiling in her body and she felt ignored as he kept smiling with her.
She suddenly pushed Cynthia away from him and Jeremy turned to look at her with shock.
“Stop being clingy” Moanna hissed.
“Who are you?” Cynthia asked.
“She’s my…”.
“I’m his girlfriend” Moanna cut in immediately.

Jeremy was surprised by her sudden action but he quickly comported himself.
“Girlfriend?” Cynthia said and laughed.
“Is she saying the truth cos the Jeremy I know don’t date” Cynthia asked.
Jeremy looked at Cynthia then to Moanna who was expecting him to say something.
“Yes, she is saying the truth, she is my girlfriend” He replied but Cynthia wasn’t convinced.
“I know you are lying”.
“Here is our engagement ring” Moanna snapped and showed her the ring, she raised Jeremy’s hand and the same ring was there.
Cynthia eyes widened.
“What happened Jeremy?”.
“I got caught in love” He replied and Cynthia smiled.
She glanced at Moanna who was wearing a proud and victorious face.
“Hey jealous freak, I’m not one of these girls crushing on Jeremy, we were mate in college, you don’t expect me not to be happy to see him after many years ” Cynthia scoffed and poke Moanna forehead.
” You! ” She glared.
Jeremy smiled looking at them.
“I will leave the both of you now, jealousy girlfriend, Jeremy see you around”.
“Okay Cynthia” Jeremy said and they jammed knuckles.
Cynthia roughed Moanna hair before walking away.
“Fk you!!” Moanna screamed.
“Fk you too” Cynthia shouted swaggishly walking away.
Jeremy faced Moanna immediately and she started avoiding his eyes.
“Seriously?” He asked teasingly.
“I thought she was one of those slvts crushing on you” She quickly defended herself.
“Really?”.
“Hey stop teasing me, I’m serious, I was not jealous okay” Moanna said.
“Fk me why did I even do that” She screamed mentally.
“Let’s go” He smiled and they started walking in.
