CHAPTER 135
Tears came out of Mandy’s eyes and her lips began shaking.
“Talk now” Freddie shouted at her, making her flinch.
“Talk before I lose it Mandy” Jeremy said and grabbed her throat, he began choking her instantly.
Painful tears slipped out of her eyes as she began gasping for oxygen.
“Pl… please…I will…talk” She struggled to talk.
Jeremy lessened his hold on her and she started coughing loudly.
She looked at him and saw the fire burning in her eyes. At that moment she started regretting her actions.
She opened her mouth and started talking.

FLASHBACK≈ TWO MONTHS AGO**
The car fell into the river, it began sinking deep into the river.
Jeremy’s head ht the steering wheel so hard that his head made a quack internally.
Some of the glasses gave some cuts on his body.
He was already unconscious.
Suddenly the door miraculously opened and he slipped out of the car.
He was still alive and breathing but everything started getting hard for his breathing system.
The water started flowing away with him, his body surfaced back on the surface of the water as his body became lightweight.
The waves on the river helped in floating his body and taking him to a far great distance, his body was beginning to be pale and white.

Mandy smiled, taking some pictures around the river bank. She loves taking pictures. Her camera is like a friend to her.
She was giggling while sightseeing and taking pictures of things that captured her interest.
She was still on it when her eyes caught something floating on the river surface.
She stopped taking pictures and fixed her gaze there, wondering what was that.
Her eyes widened when she saw it was a human body. Without thinking she dropped the camera and jumped into the river, since she can swim. She swam towards the body and grabbed it.
She started swimming out with the body, it was hard but she didn’t give up till she took the body out.
She laid the person on the ground and took a good look at the person, her eyes widened when she saw Jeremy’s face.. Her long secret crush.
She didn’t know a smile found its way to her lips.
“What happened to him?” She asked and quickly started trying to resuscitate him.
She placed her hands on his chest and started pressing her hands there, Jeremy started coughing out water from his mouth but still he didn’t wake up.
Mandy goes for the resuscitation again but nothing works.
She smiled as she felt his soft lips on her lips. She started smiling like she won a lottery.
“I finally kssed his lips” She said and started gushing.
Her phone suddenly chimed on the ground and she took it.
She opened the video she saw and her eyes widened when she saw the news.
