CHAPTER 55
Avery Nelson
I was in the hospital with Mason by my side.
I was happy he’s with me as I hugged him close to me
This is just the best thing that has ever happened to me and I’ll be confessing my feelings to him very soon.
The doctor came out and said,
“She’s awake”.
I quickly rushed into Hannah’s room and saw her looking at the ceiling.
“Hannah” I called.
I ran and hugged her very tight.
“Don’t ever do that to me again”. I said as I started to cry.
“Water” was all Hannah said and I quickly broke the hug and gave her a glass of water as she drank it immediately.
“I missed you Hannah ”
“So sorry Avery I didn’t mean to make you worried “.
“It’s bit your fault ”
“For how long have I been out”.
“Just a day”
She just nodded before looking at the door
“Hey Mason “.
“How are you doing?”
“Fine thanks for taking care of my bestie for me”.
He just gave her a nod before going out.
I stayed with Hannah, not leaving her sight for even a minute.
“About Westley”
That was all she just needed to hear as she finally broke down
I hugged her and comforted her as she cried her eyes out.
“I…I..(hiccups)”
“I lo…(hiccups) ve him”
“He’s a jerk and stay away from him “.
She just nodded as I watched her lay back on her bed.
“You know it’s getting late you should get going “.
“I’m not leaving you “.
“I’ll be okay and I’m sure Mason will be waiting for you. If anything happens I’ll call you I promise “.
“Promise? “I brought out my pinky finger to do a pinky swear.
“Ok, I’ll leave after you eat”.
I watched as Hannah finished eating before giving her a big hug and walking out.
I saw Mason with his phone and I immediately hugged him from behind.
“What are you doing?”
He turned around and hugged me before kssing me on the forehead.
“Nothing “.
“How’s Hannah doing?”
“She’s okay”.
“Come on, I’ll take you home”.
With that he drove me home not before typing something on his phone.
He carried me In a bridal style and I couldn’t help but chuckle.
When we were inside he laid me gently on the bed before climbing too.
“Avery ”
“Hmm” I said while he was strolling his hand in my hair.
“I’m going to see Ariana tomorrow”.
I looked at him and gave him a confused look.
“Why, I thought you broke up with her ”.
“Yeah I did but my mom called me this morning and told me Ariana was sick . She thought I knew and I have to go see her tomorrow “.
I just nodded my head as I hugged him tighter.
“I promise to be back before you know it”.
I nodded my head and kssed him on the cheek.
He smiled before kssing me on the forehead.
The last thing I remembered was Mason whispering how he loved me before I fell asleep.
