“I am going to tell his parents, he will suffer for this,” she thought and managed to stand up from the bed and gently walked to the standing mirror.
She stared at her bursted lips that was now swollen and her white skin that is now purple, she bursted into a loud agonising cry.

ERIEL’S PERSONAL ROOM
Eriel laid beside Adelina on the bed lost in deep thoughts, “father once told me never to mistreat or lay my hands on a woman.
They are the most fragile creatures on earth and I promised him never to do that, but now what have I done?” He thought.
“I shouldn’t have hit her even if I hate her, I shouldn’t have done that.
I wonder how she is faring now?,” Eriel thought in regret as he had a sullen look on his face.
“I need to see her, what if she calls mum or dad?” Eriel thought and gently got down from the bed, he was about to open when Robert came in and bowed his head.
“Sir, since when your wife woke up she has been screaming and crying loudly,” Robert said with his head still bowed and Eriel sighed.
“I will go see her now,” He muttered as he went out,”how do I go about this now?” He thought as he was about to walk out of the room, Adelina called him back.
“Baby I will be leaving to go see my father in an hour’s time, he sent for me,” Adelina said.
“But you should have told me before now,” Eriel said, sighing.
“I am sorry baby, I received his text message this morning,” Adelina whispered and Eriel sighed.
“OK safe trip, make sure you call me when you get there, OK?” Eriel asked and Adelina nodded before walking into the bathroom, Eriel sighed and walked out of the room in haste.

AQUILA AND ERIEL’S ROOM
Aquila was now sitting in a corner, her head in between her legs, the door opened and then Eriel walked in.
He gently shut the door behind him and turned to face Aquila who was now standing with her head bowed.
